What is a Canvas Wrap?

Canvas wrap is when the photo goes around the edge of the canvas. Sometimes called "Bleed On" or "Bleed Off". The Bleed Off version is where the edges of the canvas are simply white in colour.

How long will it take for my canvas print to arrive at my address?

We aim to DELIVER all canvas prints within 3 days of you placing your order for normal shipping. Express shipping is 24 hour delivery.

How much is delivery for my canvas print?

Standard delivery within the UK mainland is £2.99. Express delivery is £5.99

Does my canvas print come ready to hang?

All our canvas prints are framed and ready to hang.

What kind of bars do you use and how far away from the wall do they sit?

We only use 100% solid pine stretcher bars that are38 mm or 18 mm deep.

What kind of canvas material do you use?

We use a Polyester canvas that is a whopping 300gsm. Probably one of the thickest on the market and the print quality is superior to Cotton Canvas.

Can you make my own photograph into a canvas print by scanning it in?

Yes, we can use your own hard copy photo to create a canvas print.

The canvas print size I want isn't listed. Can you supply me with a bespoke size?

Yes, we the ordering system allows you to enter your own sizes and will guide you through the entire ordering pricess.

Will the image on my canvas print be identical to the image on your website?

The actual image displayed on the canvas print may vary slightly depending upon the size ordered.

Can I order a canvas print and have it to be sent to another address?

Yes you can. Just e-mail us your requirements when you check out and we will post your canvas print to an address of your choice.

Which debit and credit cards do you accept to pay for my canvas print?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and also accept payments via PayPal

Do you supply canvas prints to the trade or commercial customers?

Which courier do you use?

We only use DPD for all our deliveries. Saturday deliveries are available upon request at an extra charge.

How does the 1 hour delivery slot work?

The key to this working properly is you the customer supplying us with a mobile number. On the morning your parcel is due for delivery you will be sent a text with your 1 hour delivery slot.

What happens if I am not home?

You will be carded and asked to ring your local depot to rearrange delivery but all of this can be managed from the Text Message you receive on the morning of delivery.
